It was such a wonderful hotel that I didn't want to check out. The rooms were spacious and there was a jacuzzi, which the kids enjoyed.
There was a wide variety of dishes at breakfast, and we started the day off right with a luxurious meal of shrimp and scallops.
We were also able to see sea turtles, which the kids loved!
However, when we arrived, we were not shown to our room even though it was past check-in time, and we were made to wait in the lobby. When I asked a staff member if our room was ready yet, we were finally shown to our room. When we arrived, our luggage hadn't been brought to our room.
It was a little disappointing when we arrived, but other than that it was a satisfying stay.

This is a hotel that I'm glad I visited.
The services and amenities are excellent, and you can enjoy the luxury of champagne from breakfast onwards.
The staff were polite, but there was too little verbal explanation, so I feel I would have enjoyed it more if they had given me a little more guidance on how to make the most of the service.
